Process Service
What is a Service of process:
This is the procedure by which a party (Person or Entity) to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another person or party (known as the defendant), court, or administrative body to provide that person the ability to respond to the proceeding before the court, or another tribunal. The Notice that a legal proceeding is underway against them is then given by delivering a set of court documents (called “process”) to the person to be served.
